By using BuonMenu you agree to the following terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account on BuonMenu.

You must also represent a business entity in the food industry, like a restaurant, to create an account.

Content and acceptable use

BuonMenu is not liable for the content published by restaurants in their menu.

The restaurant is accountable for the usage of the service and for the content published, which must be legal and strictly related to restaurants and food.

The restaurant is responsible for the accuracy of the content. They must also comply with the local laws, by giving all the information required by law.

Billing

You need to pay a subscription in order to use BuonMenu for your digital menu.

If you have a free trial, then you can try BuonMenu for free, without any obligation. However if you complete the purchase, the sales are final and non-refundable.

The subscription is renewed automatically, in order to avoid a disruption of the service. However you can terminate your account at any time from the account settings.

If you terminate an account you will lose any credits that are associated to your account.

Pricing allows up to 30,000 visits per month. If you need more, please contact us for custom pricing.

Data management and ownership

In general, if you publish something on BuonMenu, you still own your data and you can copy it at any time. You can also update or delete your data using your account features.

However you also grant BuonMenu a perpetual, global, royalty-free license to use your content for any purpose. For example we may use it to improve or promote our service.

Limited accountability

BuonMenu is offered as is without any warranty.

The restaurant is responsible for the legality, accuracy of information and compliance with law.

Privacy

By using this site, you agree to our privacy policy.

Choice of law and venue

Any claim shall be construed in accordance with the Italian law.

You agree that any dispute arising from or relating to the subject matter of these Terms of Service shall be governed by the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the Italian courts.

Termination

An account can be terminated by BuonMenu for any reason.

You can close your account or cancel your subscription from your account settings after sign in. Any request to terminate your account or cancel your subscription sent by email or using other means will be ignored for security reasons.
